WSA Testing provides flexibility, mobility and quality NATA Accredited Pipeline Testing Services to the building, civil and water/wastewater industries. We have a testing fleet that are self-sufficient in any location required by our Clients which can turnaround quality compliance and NATA certificates in a timeframe to suit todays tight schedules common to many Clients.

Our expertise in the construction and maintenance industries combined with our new generation of equipment provides our Clients with ease of mind as their NATA Accredited partner in testing.

Hydrostatic Testing

We provide hydrostatic testing as a part of our Pipeline Testing Service through the NATA accreditation with personnel fully trained and experienced. Testing certified to the national standards, project specifications or local requirements, we are flexible in providing outcomes to meet the job specifics. Our knowledge in the field and in the office support a best-for- Client outcome when staging testing and achieve best for project results.

Disinfection & Sampling

After a successful hydrostatic test WSA Testing will disinfect the lines to comply with water quality requirements for new drinking and non-drinking water mains. The “cleaned” lines are flushed with fresh water to clear the lines of any particulates of the disinfectant.

Water sampling provided by WSA post flushing and working with our NATA accredited laboratory partners, the process is completed in line with the WSA standards and the NATA water sampling procedures.

SEWER MAIN & MANHOLE VACUUM TESTING

WSA can perform both low pressure air testing and vacuum testing for your project needs. The line segments are isolated into effective test sections of pipeline and structures using our plugs. Our plugs are ranging in sizing to accommodate all your project requirements.

As not all pipelines are tested to the same specifications, WSA works with our clients to provide guidance on the correct specification for your project. WSA understands the importance of safety and with the testing procedure, our personnel are well trained in the use of all equipment and are all confined space ticketed with all permits/procedures and equipment necessary to undertake the works.

Deflection (Ovality) Testing

Deflection Testing is a quality check to confirm to correct placement and installation of underground piping. Any potential of deformation or blockage due to improper installation can be identified during the test.

All works are performed with our trained and quality personnel, ticketed in confined space and with all necessary permits/procedures to undertake the works. All our equipment/tooling is calibrated in line with standards/codes aligning with our NATA Accreditation.

CCTV Inspection of Sewer & Stormwater Lines

CCTV inspections with easily accessible reports and footage allow WSA to provide an end-to-end service for your inspection needs. All our CCTV inspections are performed by our qualified inspectors to meet our client’s requirements. With the latest in CCTV inspection camera equipment, you can rest assured WSA has all your requirements covered, with reliability in technology and process.
